How long until I see results from SEO?
Realistically, 60–90 days for meaningful movement and 3–6 months for a dominant local position. We’ll give you honest expectations for your specific market on the discovery call — we never overpromise timelines.
Why is there an upfront payment?
The upfront covers initial setup — research, strategy, onboarding, and the first round of optimisations. It goes directly into week-one work. We ask for it because real SEO requires real effort from day one, and we want clients who are serious about growing.
Is there a refund policy?
100%. We do not offer refunds on payments that have already been made. If you’re on a monthly plan and decide to cancel mid-month, the current month will not be refunded — but you won’t be charged for the following month. If you’ve committed to a 3-month or 6-month plan and choose to stop early, any payments already made (including the upfront payment) are non-refundable. However, you will not be required to pay the remaining balance of the plan. In short: you’re never locked into paying for future work — but completed or active billing periods are non-refundable.
