Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging Couldswiftt’s services or using our website. By accessing couldswiftt.com or entering into a service agreement with us you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree please do not use our website or services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Couldswiftt website at couldswiftt.com and all SEO services provided by Couldswiftt. By using our website, booking a strategy call, or entering a service agreement you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

These terms apply to all visitors, prospects, and clients. If you are entering into a service agreement on behalf of a business you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. Our Services

Couldswiftt provides specialist SEO services exclusively for pressure washing businesses operating in the United States. Our services include local map pack ranking and Google Business Profile optimisation, website SEO including on-page optimisation and technical SEO, local citation building and NAP consistency management, website design and redesign for pressure washing businesses, and monthly SEO reporting and performance reviews.

The specific scope of services delivered to each client is defined in the individual service agreement or proposal agreed upon prior to engagement. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

3. Client Engagement and Contracts

All client engagements begin with a free strategy call during which we assess your market, current rankings, and the scope of work required. A formal service agreement outlining deliverables, timelines, and pricing is provided before work begins.

Couldswiftt operates on flexible month-to-month retainers as well as structured 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month growth partnerships. The specific terms of your engagement are detailed in your individual service agreement which takes precedence over these general terms where there is any conflict.

We do not lock clients into long-term contracts that do not perform. You retain the right to cancel at any time in accordance with our Cancellation Policy below.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your individual service agreement. Monthly retainer payments are due at the beginning of each service month. One-time project payments such as website design are due as specified in the project agreement. Invoices are issued via email and are payable within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in a pause of services until the outstanding balance is cleared. All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Couldswiftt reserves the right to update pricing with 30 days written notice to existing clients. Price changes do not apply to active fixed-term agreements.

5. Cancellation Policy

We believe in earning your business every month. Month-to-month clients may cancel at any time with 14 days written notice before their next billing date — no penalty, no questions asked.

Clients on fixed-term plans of 3, 6, or 12 months who wish to cancel early may be subject to a fee equivalent to one month’s retainer as outlined in their service agreement. Discounts applied to fixed-term plans are based on the full commitment period.

For website design projects, cancellation during an active build may result in a partial payment obligation for work completed to that point.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to couldswiftt@gmail.com.

6. Results and Guarantees

SEO results are not guaranteed. No SEO agency including Couldswiftt can guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. Search engine algorithms are controlled by Google and other third parties and are subject to change at any time.

What we do guarantee is that we will apply our full expertise, best-practice strategies, and dedicated effort to your campaign. We will be transparent about timelines, honest about expectations, and proactive in communicating any changes that may affect your results.

General timelines we communicate such as 60 to 90 days to see initial movement are based on industry experience and are estimates, not contractual commitments. Actual results vary based on market competitiveness, website condition, review volume, and other factors outside our control.

7. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver effective results, clients agree to provide accurate and complete information about their business, service area, and goals. Clients agree to grant necessary access to their website, Google Business Profile, and other required platforms. Clients agree to respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe to avoid delays, to actively collect and respond to Google reviews as part of the reputation strategy, and to notify us promptly of any changes to their business details or service area.

Couldswiftt is not liable for delays or poor results caused by a client’s failure to fulfil these responsibilities.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, copy, designs, strategies, and materials created by Couldswiftt remain the intellectual property of Couldswiftt until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for the client such as website copy and design become the property of the client.

Our proprietary strategies, processes, and frameworks remain the exclusive intellectual property of Couldswiftt at all times and may not be reproduced, shared, or used without written permission. The Couldswiftt name, logo, and brand assets are protected and may not be used without explicit written consent.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, client data, pricing arrangements, and internal processes.

Couldswiftt will not disclose client information to third parties except as required to deliver services or comply with legal obligations. Clients will not disclose Couldswiftt’s proprietary strategies or processes to competitors or third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Couldswiftt’s total liability to any client for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by that client in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Couldswiftt is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including lost profits or revenue, for Google algorithm updates or platform changes that affect rankings, for actions taken by third-party platforms including Google or directory websites, for results affected by a client’s failure to fulfil their responsibilities, or for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to client accounts.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with the Cancellation Policy above. Couldswiftt reserves the right to terminate a client engagement immediately and without refund in cases of non-payment of invoices beyond 30 days past due, requests to engage in black-hat SEO tactics or practices that violate Google’s guidelines, abusive or threatening behaviour toward our team, or fraudulent information provided during the engagement.

Upon termination all access credentials provided by the client will be returned and all client-owned assets handed over within 14 business days.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or from a service engagement with Couldswiftt shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to mediation or binding arbitration.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made the date at the top of this page will be revised. For active clients, material changes will be communicated by email with 14 days notice. Continued use of our services after that notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
